work with me
I build the software Malaysian operations companies run on — field-ops systems, self-hosted AI agent teams, and web products — and I publish how it's made.
Three ways to work with me. Tell me what you're trying to do and I'll come back with scope and a price.
Everything on this page is running and written up: the work and the case studies.
1. geotech drone services
Fly with us — field work done and proven.
Drone spraying, scattering and surveying for plantations, agri operations and land owners across Malaysia. Delivered by Aeros Geotech, run with the same operational discipline we build into our own systems.
What's included
- Spraying — pesticide and fertiliser applied over the block, flown to plan.
- Scattering — seed and fertiliser spread without a crew walking the block.
- Surveying — land and crop survey, with the flight records to back it.
- Records you can hand over — every job, checkpoint and approval exportable as a spreadsheet or a PDF.
Who it's for
Plantation and agri operators, land owners, and survey contractors who need field work done and need to prove it was done.
The outcome
The work is finished on schedule, and you can show exactly what was done, where and when.
Price
Quoted per job, after a site assessment. There is no charge for the assessment, and the price is fixed before anyone flies.
Proof
AGS is the operations system Aeros Geotech runs on: in daily production at system.aerosgeotech.com (live check, 30 Sep 2026), 100 releases, 564 commits, six contributors (repo checked, 30 Sep 2026). Full write-up: AGS case study.
2. ai agent systems
Your own AI team on your own machine.
A designed agent team — roles, hand-offs, guardrails — running on hardware you control, reachable on the channels your staff already use: email, Telegram, WhatsApp. No per-token bill. Data never leaves the building.
What's included
- We pick the work first: one repetitive workflow, automated properly, not everything at once.
- Agent design: roles, hand-offs, guardrails, and what each agent is allowed to touch.
- Self-hosted install on your machine or your server. No cloud model required.
- Channel wiring: email, Telegram or WhatsApp, so your staff don't change how they work.
- Scoped access and an audit trail: every action sits behind a key you can revoke, logged with who did it.
- Handover: documentation, a walkthrough and a runbook, so your team can run it without me.
Who it's for
SME teams with repetitive knowledge work — support, documentation, reporting, scheduling, follow-ups — who have tried a chatbot and stalled, or who won't pay per seat or per token, or can't send data to the cloud.
The outcome
The work stops eating someone's morning, it runs on your own machine, and you can see what every agent did.
Price
Fixed price, agreed in writing before I start. Optional monthly care plan if you want me to keep it running.
Proof
Seven specialised agents across three channels on local inference, no token bill (project record, Sep 2026). The memory layer behind them, Vectorizer, has a public repo: 108 commits, three contributors, built 24 Aug to 27 Sep 2026 (repo checked, 30 Sep 2026). Full write-ups: Company's AI case study · Vectorizer case study.
3. web builds
Real products, handed over in a repo you own.
Production web apps and internal tools built on Next.js · TypeScript · MongoDB · Tailwind — designed, built, deployed, and handed over with the code, the docs and the keys.
What's included
- Discovery: what the tool has to do, who uses it, and what it replaces.
- Design and build: a production system, not a prototype.
- The admin side: a dashboard and a scoped REST API, so the thing can be operated after handover.
- Handover: the repo is yours, the stack is mainstream, and I walk your team through it.
Who it's for
Founders and companies who need an internal tool or a customer-facing product, or who are ready to replace the spreadsheet quietly running the business.
The outcome
A product in production that your team runs without me — and without being locked in.
Price
Fixed price per project, agreed in writing before the build starts, invoiced against milestones.
Proof
AGS — 100 releases, 564 commits, six contributors, in daily use (repo and system.aerosgeotech.com, 30 Sep 2026). agent-city, multi-tenant orchestration on Go and Next.js. This site, co-managed by a human and an agent over a scoped REST API. DISC Personality Test.
how it works
- You send the form below. Four fields, two minutes.
- I reply within one working day with questions or a scope.
- We agree the scope and the price in writing. Work starts.
questions I get
Why should I trust a small outfit with my land?
Because I can show you what was done, where and when. Every job, checkpoint and approval is in the system, exportable as a spreadsheet or a PDF. You get the record, not just the invoice.
Is this just ChatGPT with a wrapper?
No cloud model is required at all. Inference runs locally, every action is scoped to a key you can revoke, and every change is logged with who did it.
What does it cost to run?
After setup, nothing. No subscription, no per-token meter.
Will I be locked in?
The repo is yours, the stack is mainstream, and the admin dashboard plus REST API mean anyone — or any agent — can operate it after handover.
Do you publish prices?
Not on this page. Drone work is priced per job and builds are priced per scope, and you get a written number before anything starts. I would rather quote than publish a rate I have to walk back.
I'm not sure which one I need.
Pick "not sure yet" in the form. Half of these conversations start there.
Not a fit: a one-off brochure site at the lowest bid. I build things that get operated after launch.
